Dear Sunny
1. Carpet
I wonder what is the update on the carpet between the lift area the the flats including my flat? The carpet was cleaned following my previous email but seems again very stained with patches and thinning. It looks worse again now and I cannot have people visit my flat with the dirty appearance of the carpet. I just got back last might after 4 days away and was really struck by how dirty it was. The stains seem permanent and I suspect we need new carpet.
2. Lift down button
The down button is not working.
Should I be writing to you about this or the Residents Association?
